Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Reviews Moderator to oversee and manage user-generated content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with multimedia editing tools. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a positive online environment while honing your skills in content moderation, social media management, and multimedia editing. Bilingual abilities and translation experience are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate user reviews, comments, and multimedia content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and moderation policies.
utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere to edit images and videos as necessary for content approval or correction.
Manage social media channels by scheduling posts, engaging with users, and monitoring interactions to uphold brand reputation.
Translate reviews or related content between languages when required, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
Collaborate with the content team to develop moderation strategies that foster a respectful and inclusive online community.
Report on moderation activities, trends, and issues to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
Experience with video editing and social media management tools.
Strong journalistic instincts with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Bilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in translation between English and other languages.
Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure consistent application of moderation standards.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high-quality online interactions through effective moderation, multimedia editing, and social media engagement.

Pay: £24,420.00-£52,178.77 per year
