Job Title: Mortgage Adviser (Fully Remote) Complex & Specialist Lending.

Eligibility (Essential – Please Read)

To be considered, you must:

Be fully CeMAP qualified.
Have at least 18 months’ mortgage advice experience, complex lending experience preferred.
Have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months.

This is fully remote mortgage advice, built around quality, structure and scale — not cold calling or self-generation.

Every customer is financially profiled before reaching you, allowing you to focus on problem-solving, conversion and earnings.

Salary & Earnings

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE.
Progression basic salary rises to £60,000 once targets are met.
Year One Guarantee: £45,000 minimum while you build pipeline.
Year Two OTE: £75,000+ realistic.
Top Performers earn: £100,000+.

Working Pattern

Two days per week: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Two days per week: 11:00am – 8:00pm.
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
One weekend a month required.
