Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring clients’ dignity and comfort.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accurately record and report on clients' progress, concerns, and changes in their condition.
- Follow care plans and work closely with the care team to deliver consistent and effective support.
- Assist with light household tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care role is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (not essential)
