Part-Time Sales & Administration Assistant
Location: urbanpods Showroom, Livingston
Hours: 16 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Part-Time Sales & Administration Assistant to support our sales and customer experience team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role within a growing business. Whilst the position initially offers 16 hours per week, applicants must be willing to increase their hours over time, with the potential for the role to become full-time as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages and distribute to relevant team members
- Liaise confidently with customers and provide a professional first impression of the business
- Log customer snagging issues and send holding updates where required
- Schedule and manage customer appointments and selections meetings
- Confirm upcoming customer appointments
- Prepare showroom welcome packs and maintain brochure stock levels
- Assist with customer onboarding administration
- Support the sales team with general administration and customer communications
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident speaking with customers both on the telephone and via email
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be highly reliable and able to work independently
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Have strong attention to detail
- Present themselves professionally and positively at all times
- Be flexible and willing to increase their working hours as the company grows
