Duties:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles, including scooters, Harley Davidsons, Honda, and Husqvarna bikes
- Conducting MOT testing (preferred but not essential, support available for certification)
- Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical issues
- Sourcing and ordering parts as required to ensure timely repairs
- Collaborating with the workshop team to maintain smooth workflow
- Recording work completed accurately and adhering to high-quality standards
- Supporting workshop operations to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 motorcycle repair certification
- Around 3-4 years of relevant experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance
- MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not mandatory; support can be provided for certification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Practical, competent, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Motivated, committed, and dedicated to delivering high standards in all tasks
