Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a keen eye for detail. A drive and passion for a successful career and not just a job is a must along with a driving license and own car. The role also includes three out of four Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week.
Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online listings.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. After a successful probation period we will invest in you to become Propertymark qualified.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
