Job Summary
We are seeking talented and passionate Pizza Chefs to join our team for events, pop-ups & residencies across North Norfolk, especially Norwich & Wymondham
Someone who initially can help us run events from our multiple Horsebox Pizza kitchens as well as handle dough making and ingredient preparation at our warehouse prep kitchen.
As our Pizza Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen and horsebox operates smoothly while delivering high-quality, innovative and excellent pizzas to our clients.
We need someone who is passionate about pizza and shares our vision for the company. The right people will play a huge part in the development of the company as we grow. We're looking for collaborative partners that we can support both financially and creatively.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the kitchen.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience as a pizza chef in a restaurant or similar culinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of dough making and pizza cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair for developing new recipes and presentation styles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
