Your Role
As a Night Care Worker, you’ll ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred care throughout the night.
- Supporting residents with personal care where required.
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
- Responding promptly to call bells and emergency situations.
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records and completing shift handovers.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care.
- Respecting each resident’s privacy, dignity, and individual choices at all times.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Kind, caring, and compassionate.
- Reliable and professional.
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently.
- A great communicator with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.

Typical Night Shift
7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Shifts include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
