Construction Planner with a proven track record in NEC
contracts and compensation events to join our team on prestigious projects. You will
develop and manage construction programmes from bid through delivery, lead programme
meetings, and collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, subcontractors, and
supply chain partners. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile international

Essential: NEC contract expertise, programme management experience, strong
Qualifications required:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction
- Recognised training in project planning software (desirable not essential)
Skills / Experience Required:
- Strong and demonstrable experience using Primavera, Asta Powerproject or MS
Project to generate detailed programmes
- 5+ years in a similar position
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office suite of applications to a
intermediate / advanced level
- Commercially and contractually aware focusing on the NEC 3/4 contracts
- Ability to work in an agile manner, working flexibly to ensure deadlin
