We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team based in Glasgow City Centre. KSNPM is a people focused business. The successful candidate will be expected to have a degree in Building Surveying or similar. Your duties will involve all aspects of building surveying including condition surveys, building pathology, reinstatement cost assessments, schedules of condition, dilapidations, RCAs and PPMs. You will also be expected to be proficient in project management and have a good working knowledge of common construction contracts with a proven ability to develop and lead on the contract administration of maintenance, repair and refurbishment contracts.

Pay: £40,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
