HGV Class 1 Night Driver
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Pay: £19.25 – £23.50 per hour (PAYE)
Start Times: 16:00 - 23:00
Shifts: Monday to Sunday – flexible ongoing work
Industria Personnel Services LTD are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a major UK logistics operation based in Coalville.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest privately owned transport companies, moving everything from retail goods to food products across a strong national network. With a fleet of over 2,000 trailers, there’s always something moving – and you’ll be right in the middle of it.
What your shift looks like:
- Simple trunking work between RDCs, ADCs and depots
- Usually 1–2 drops per shift – no constant stop-start chaos
- Trailer swaps only – no handballing required
- Clean, straightforward work with well-planned routes
- Average shift length: 8–10 hours

Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Weekdays: £19.25/hr
- Saturdays: £22.34/hr
- Sundays: £23.50/hr
What you’ll need:
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
- No more than 6 points on licence
- No DD, DR, CD, TT or IN endorsements
- A professional attitude and good communication skills
