Next Steps is an award-winning organisation that provides supported living services for adults and young people with autism, mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs.
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Team Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our services. This role will primarily be based in our Welwyn Garden City office but will at times require travelling to our services in the Hertfordshire and London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered to meet the needs of the people we support.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire staff teams.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and local authority standards.
- Build strong relationships with families, key stakeholders, and professionals.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on support when needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a manager within the care sector.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care) is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, including working closely with families.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
