We’re looking for a classically trained Sous Chef to join this reputable 2AA Rosette French Restaurant just outside central Oxford. This small, independent restaurant prides themselves on only using the best seasonal produce available to them and bakes all their bread fresh, daily. The right Sous Chef candidate will be used to working with fresh produce, nose to tail cooking, and leading a team to achieve great success. Working closely with the owner, you create & innovate monthly changing menus to ensure you’re using what is always best in season.
