Pinewood Associates Ltd is a long-established UK manufacturer of office screens, noticeboards and portable exhibition stands. Through our online brands, Panel Warehouse and Noticeboard Warehouse, we supply customers across the UK from our manufacturing and distribution facility.
We are a small, friendly team of around 20 people and are looking for a new colleague to join us as we continue to grow. This role offers the opportunity to work across our established online brands, helping us deliver excellent products and service to our customers.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and reliable Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant to join our small but busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, marketing and customer service within a growing UK manufacturing business.
You will be involved in a wide variety of activities including customer service, sales support, marketing campaigns, website management and administration. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and helping the business continue to grow.
Our products include office screens, notice boards and portable exhibition stands, supplied to schools, businesses, local authorities and other organisations throughout the UK.
Unlike many sales and marketing roles that focus on consumer products, this position provides valuable experience in a professional business-to-business (B2B) environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about business sales, specification-led products, marketing to professional buyers, and working with schools, businesses and public sector organisations.
As a small business, no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is happy to get involved, support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities when required.
Full training will be provided on all company systems and software. We are primarily looking for an individual with the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Answer incoming sales enquiries and customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing and product-related queries.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Marketing Support
- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional email campaigns.
- Create content for social media platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Help maintain a consistent brand presence across marketing channels.
Website & Product Management
- Upload and maintain products on company websites.
- Update product information, pricing and descriptions.
- Ensure website content remains accurate and up to date.
- Support ongoing e-commerce activities.
Administration & Data Management
- Accurately maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with sales reporting and administrative duties.
- Support the wider team with general office administration when required.

- Further education, vocational qualifications or relevant work experience.
