About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to help grow our lettings business by bringing new rental properties to the market, building relationships with landlords and carrying out lettings market appraisals.
You will be responsible for advising landlords on rental values, market conditions, property presentation and the different lettings services Hackney & Leigh offer, including tenant-find, rent-collect and fully managed options.
This is a client-facing and sales-focused role, involving prospecting for new business, following up valuations, securing instructions and working with our lettings team to ensure properties are brought to market efficiently and professionally.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships with both existing and prospective landlords.
Previous lettings, estate agency or property valuation experience would be beneficial, although we may consider an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking to progress their career into a valuation and business generation role. A full UK driving licence is required.
