We're seeking individuals who are professional, personable, and thrive in a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. While previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is essential, full on-site training will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly approach.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about our menu.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and reset tables with linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Clear tables and return used crockery, cutlery, and glassware to the kitchen.
- Assist with a variety of front-of-house duties while maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the guest experience.
