Lead Instructor (Drone Camp Facilitator)
- Delivers the full Drone Racing Camp programme - Oversees all sessions including technical, creative, and flight-based activities - Manages daily logistics, safety, and camper experience
Reports to: Programme Director
Core Responsibilities:
· - Deliver all sessions including drone assembly, soldering, programming, gate building, and flying - Facilitate camper learning and ensure safety procedures are followed - Conduct daily briefings, manage tools and equipment, and lead showcase activities - Supervise all flight sessions and enforce safety zones and protocols - Maintain accurate checklists, logs, and incident records - Act as point of contact for parents and guests during showcase
Qualifications & Experience:
· - Experience delivering hands-on STEM or tech-based workshops to young people - Confident with technical skills such as basic soldering, circuit setup, or drone programming - Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete) - Current First Aid and Safeguarding certifications (or willing to complete)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
