About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified and passionate Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive mainstream and SEN schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for both immediate starts and September 2026 placements.
These roles are ideal for educators looking to make a positive impact within inclusive learning environments, whether in mainstream classrooms, SEN provisions, or specialist settings.
In addition to long-term positions, we also offer flexible opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and temp-to-perm roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all pupils
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs, including SEN
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, SENCOs, and parents
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, adaptable, and nurturing approach
- A commitment to delivering high-quality education
