Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hire Controller for our South West Hub in Evesham
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaise with the workshop staff for any preparation of hire / sale orders, breakdowns or damages.
- Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers.
- Process customer orders onto company ERP system.
- Work with customers & suppliers to secure hire/sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Manage the day to day transport operations for site deliveries and collections.
- Resolve any customer issues.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hire company is preferred.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Experience with hire desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
