Our brand new, purpose-built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73-residents.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Gardener to join our team, maintaining the gardens and grounds of two beautiful homes located in Yarnton and Didcot.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can bring fresh ideas and creativity, helping to ensure both properties are presented to the highest possible standard. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by enhancing and caring for well-established outdoor spaces.
Although this is a bank contract, we are seeking someone who can demonstrate reliability and commitment, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week across both locations.
Gardener Contract

Role Overview

Maintain and develop gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard

Carry out general gardening duties including planting, pruning, lawn care, and seasonal upkeep

Proactively suggest ideas for improvements and enhancements

Ensure all grounds are safe, tidy, and visually appealing
Working independently, you will help ensure outdoor spaces remain clean, well organised and enjoyable throughout the year.
