About TDM
TDM is a new premium bodybuilding gym opening this summer.
We are creating a high-end, results-driven training environment with sopme of the best and hardest-to-source equipment available.
This is not a standard gym.
TDM is built for people who are serious about their training and expect a clean, professional, and motivating space to perform at their best.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a sharp, welcoming, and high-energy environment where both the space and the team reflect quality.
The Roles
We are hiring across multiple positions including:
- Gym Floor Staff
- Front of House
- Duty Managers / Management Roles
We’re looking for individuals who can deliver a premium member experience while contributing to the overall energy and atmosphere of the gym.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and guests
- Maintain a clean, professional, and high-standard gym environment
- Engage confidently and positively with all members
- Promote and sell day passes, weekly passes, and memberships
- Support members with equipment use and general gym guidance
- Represent the TDM brand with professionalism and confidence
- (Management roles) Oversee daily operations and team performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of gym equipment is essential
- Passion for fitness, bodybuilding, or gym culture
- A friendly, confident, and high-energy personality
- Someone who naturally creates a positive and motivating atmosphere
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking to and helping a wide range of people
- Sales confidence and ability to promote memberships
Working Hours
Shifts will operate on a rota basis, including:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- 4:00pm – 12:00am
Flexibility is essential. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
