We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operation of our establishment. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and setting up for new guests
- Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve all guests efficiently
- Pot washing will also be expected
- Online Training will be expected to be completed.
- You will be expected to be flexible with shifts will include, days, weekends, evenings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and transaction purposes
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours
- Experience in serving, upselling, and guest relations is preferred but not mandatory
- Kitchen or culinary experience will be considered a plus but is not essential
