Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing stonemasonry company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and securing contracts across residential and commercial projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction sales who is confident dealing with builders, main contractors, architects, and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Work closely with other members of the team.
- Maintain knowledge of stonemasonry products, materials, and services.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction sales or the construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage leads and client relationships effectively.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience within stonemasonry or building materials is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
