Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bekka Care in Middleton Hall Care Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our elderly residents. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients’ health status.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols.
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff.
