We are now looking for exceptional Host / Hostess professionals to join our opening team and become the welcoming face of one of London’s most anticipated restaurant launches.
The Role
As a Host / Hostess,you will be the first and last point of contact for every guest,ensuring they receive a warm,polished and memorable welcome from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams,you will oversee reservations,coordinate seating plans and help maintain the smooth flow of service while delivering genuine,personalised hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism,warmth and confidence.

Manage reservations and table allocations efficiently.

Coordinate arrivals,walk-ins and waiting lists with clarity and care.

Liaise closely with restaurant and bar teams to optimise table flow.

Anticipate guest preferences and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Maintain impeccable presentation of the reception and entrance areas.

Handle enquiries and guest communications in a calm and courteous manner.

Support daily briefings and operational preparation with the wider team.
About You

Previous experience as a Host / Hostess in a premium or fine dining environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Calm and composed under pressure with exceptional organisational abilities.

Naturally welcoming with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.

Interest in Japanese culture,cuisine or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
