We are recruiting a confident Chef de Partie for a quality-focused rural gastro pub producing refined, seasonal food using excellent local ingredients. This is a professional kitchen with high standards, strong leadership, and a calm, organised service culture.
Ideal for a CDP who takes pride in their section, values consistency, and wants to progress in a well-run, premium environment.
What You’ll Do
- Run your section with confidence during service
- Deliver fresh, well-executed dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
- Support prep, stock control, and smooth kitchen operations
- Work closely with senior chefs in a disciplined, professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Able to run a section independently
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
- Passion for quality produce and high standards
- Level 2 Food Hygiene or above
- Right to work in the UK
