Experienced Chef – Full Time

Position: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in cooking with fresh ingredients, enjoys producing high-quality dishes, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across our menu. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help prepare fresh, seasonal dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
- Bake fresh cakes and desserts daily
- Take responsibility for your section during service
- Ensure all food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
- Support the Head Chef and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fresh food environment
- Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and cooking techniques
- Baking experience is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
