About the Role:
As a Care Support Worker, you play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our 16-year-old client.
Your responsibilities include providing personalized care which involves supporting personal care routines, facilitating manual handling, and assisting with medical needs. Emphasizing a person-centered approach, you will contribute to enriching our client’s life through creatively identified and actioned everyday activities. In this role, you will actively collaborate with a compassionate care team, dedicated therapists, and the client's family which is essential to deliver care centred around the unique needs and preferences of our client.
As an integral part of the network, you'll have the opportunity to support the client in a range of different settings including her home and within the community. It is therefore essential that you would be able to drive the client, who has her own wheelchair-adapted vehicle, to various appointments. Full training will be thoughtfully provided.

Located in the area of Wythenshawe, Manchester, this role may occasionally involve work in other locations, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment.
Prior to commencing this impactful role, applicants will undergo a thorough screening process, including checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS. Working Hours:
The client necessitates round-the-clock care, with adaptable shift patterns.
Our operational approach will involve a rolling rota, ensuring flexibility and consistency in shifts, providing comprehensive 2:1 support to the client 24 hours a day outside of school hours.
