Hours:
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours — hybrid working
The role of Customer Service Representative:
- Providing quotations and taking orders, processing on the system
- Handling calls and email enquiries to the highest standard of customer service
- Varied administrative tasks
- Supporting with shipping and marketing activities
The ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and high regard for accuracy
- Able to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent team player
