JOIN OUR FRAGRANCE COMPANY
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Administrator & Content Creator to join our friendly team in Oakley, Bedford.
This is more than your average admin role. You’ll be at the heart of the business, keeping everything running smoothly while helping us grow our premium fragrance brands through social media, content creation and exciting new launches.
THE ROLE
Administration
· Supporting the managers with day-to-day administration
· Creating Powerpoint presentations
· Excel reports
· Fragrance market research
· Preparing documents
· Processing orders
· General office tasks
· Ordering office supplies
Content Creation
· Creating content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
· Planning and scheduling social media posts
· Creating images, and filming behind-the-scenes content
· Working with influencers and brand collaborations
· Supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns
About You
You’ll be:
· Dynamic, creative and love everything socials !
· Interested in social media and content creation
· Organised, reliable and proactive
· Friendly with excellent communication skills
· Confident using Microsoft 365
· Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous administration or office experience is preferred (but not essential).
