Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The Assistant Manager must project a sense of ownership and commitment to the business. You are required to deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, giving them the incentive to return & recommend.

Main responsibilities
Staff
· To assist in recruiting all restaurant staff with forward/succession planning in place
· To oversee all weekly and monthly staff tests and to react accordingly
· To manage all rotas and holiday requests in line with company policy
· To ensure the cleanliness and company standards are delivered by the front of house.
Standards
· Deliver excellent customer service and maintain our high standard, to drive repeat customers and regulars’ growth
· Maintain personal knowledge of our service and offerings, keeping up to date with menu/product changes and marketing initiatives.
· Become a champion of all in-house systems. Seek training from the Senior leadership team when needed.
Sales & Profit
· To play a part in controlling gross profits, stock control, core wages and controllable expenditure
· To be aware of any maintenance issues and respond accordingly
· To implement and update weekly and monthly sales incentives
· To work with sales and marketing in driving sales and increasing covers.
· To ensure regular stock takes of all consumables and restaurant equipment.
Service
· To oversee the planning and implementation of all events & functions
· To carry out all duty manager responsibilities and deliver the perfect shift
· To work with the kitchen to ensure smooth services
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
