Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Mon-Fri 9-5pm and as required
Salary: £60,000 depending on experience
- Experienced Children’s Home Manager Required
- Must have Residential Care experience or similar
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements
- Experience of On Call
To run the home in a nurturing manner under safe and favourable conditions, for the children considering their requirements as vulnerable children.

Experience
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience within Children's Residential Care.
2. Experience of planning and organising teamwork or co-ordinating complex activities.
3. Experience of managing multidisciplinary service provision and staff.
4. Experience of managing and meeting the risks and needs of children with highly complex needs.
5. Preferably a City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or similar
6. Experience in dealing with children/young people with learning disabilities like ASD/ADSD, Autism and how to effectively develop and care for them.
