Rowan Wood School is a new all through special free school, opening in several phases, for children and young people aged 4-19 who have been diagnosed with autism and severe language and learning delays, working significantly below age-related expectations.
Our vision is for Rowan Wood to be an ambitious, forward thinking, and fully inclusive community which makes learning accessible for all through the following seven principles for children and young people:

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic practitioners, who are willing to learn and want to achieve the very highest standards of teaching and learning for our children in KS3 We want someone who can see the possibilities for our children and young people and develop provision that empowers all to thrive.
You will be joining a friendly, enthusiastic and well qualified staff team and we hope you will find this post exciting, stimulating and rewarding. In-service training, an induction programme and mentoring will be provided by the Trust.
