ROLE: Mobile Gas Engineer
HOURS: Full-time (including On-Call rota)
LOCATION: Edinburgh

We're looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who will undertake the maintenance and repair of gas plant, along with fabric and basic electrical tasks across buildings in line with contract requirements.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on gas plant and associated equipment.
- Undertake repairs, fault finding, and maintenance on boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, and associated systems.
- Monitor sub-contractors, ensuring work meets required standards and health and safety regulations.
- Issue permits, control minor works, and carry out escorting duties where required.
- Complete all certification, reports, and paperwork accurately and within required timescales.
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Full, current UK driving licence.
- Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault finding on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety and safe working practices.
- Good communication skills with a strong customer care focus.
