We are recruiting experienced Servers and a Hostess for a busy restaurant group based in Central London.
We are looking for confident, professional and reliable candidates who enjoy working with guests and can deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide excellent table service throughout the guest experience
- Support with seating arrangements and guest flow
- Make menu recommendations and support upselling where appropriate
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Work closely with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Support smooth service during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Smart presentation and positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must already have the right to work in the UK
- No visa sponsorship available
