We're seeking a Seasonal Receptionist to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and close to towns like Aviemore. We also offer staff accommodation, making it an ideal workplace for those seeking work away from the large cities.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
- Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
- Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous Front of House or customer facing experience would be advantageous. Experience using Opera Cloud PMS would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
