Are you a podiatrist looking to grow in a supportive, forward-thinking clinic? We are expanding our team. Whether you’re a new graduate, or an experienced professional, we would love to hear from you!
Acorn Sports Podiatry is a forward-thinking, patient-centred clinic business, with our main branch based in Penarth, offering a comprehensive range of podiatry services across both musculoskeletal and general care. Our focus is simple: delivering effective, evidence-based treatments that help patients stay active, pain-free, and confident in their movement.
We provide a wide scope of services including detailed MSK assessments, gait analysis, and rehabilitation, alongside advanced treatments such as ESWT (shockwave therapy). In addition, we offer a full range of general podiatry care, including routine treatments, nail surgery, and verruca management using techniques such as needling, curettage, acid therapy, and SWIFT.
We also utilise in-house 3D printing technology for the design and manufacture of custom orthoses. This allows clinicians to gain hands-on experience in bespoke insole creation, from assessment through to final production, with a fast turnaround time. Having this capability on-site not only enhances patient care and efficiency, but also provides a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in modern, technology-driven podiatric treatment.
As part of a wider private healthcare setting, you’ll work alongside GPs, radiologists, sports rehabilitation therapists, and a chiropractor. This provides excellent access to referrals and a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a truly multidisciplinary team, enhancing both patient outcomes and your own clinical expertise.
Our diverse caseload means you’ll work with a variety of patients- from active individuals and athletes to those requiring routine or more complex podiatric care, giving you the opportunity to develop a well-rounded and confident clinical skillset.
At Acorn Sports Podiatry, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and progressive working environment. We actively encourage professional development, with regular opportunities to train in new techniques and expand your clinical expertise. There is also the opportunity to work across our wider network of clinics, offering variety and career progression within the company.
We are a close-knit, collaborative team that values high standards of care, continuous learning, and a positive clinic culture- making this an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow and thrive in a dynamic setting.
