Business Development Executive/Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per year (based on experience)

Corr Recruitment Ltd is an independently owned leading recruitment agency established in 2001, with offices across Southern England. We're expanding our Bedford team and seeking dedicated, ambitious individuals to join our motivated workforce.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new business relationships through strategic calling, client visits, and networking
- Manage and grow existing client partnerships
- Maintain our comprehensive in-house database and payroll systems
- Source and build a robust database of quality candidates
- Oversee temporary workers on client assignments
- Contribute to our results-driven sales team's continued success
- Provide exceptional out-of-hours client support as part of our customer-focused approach
