Abacus Employment Services are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on an ongoing basis in Pirbright.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 £27,000pa
The Role:
To support a provider of community equipment services, wheelchair services, and technology enabled care services.
Assist and manage incoming calls into the centre from service users, family, healthcare professionals and colleagues
Coordinating of orders to be delivered, collected, and fitted by our technicians
Scheduling appointments and chasing of order/suppliers
General administration including processing high volumes of paperwork/documentation
Updating and maintaining company system and necessary spreadsheets
About you:
Strong customer service experience within a similar busy and fast paced office environment
Telephone based customer service experience would be beneficial however full training will be provided
Good administration skills
Professional and confident manner via all communication channels
Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
Able to multitask with a good eye for detail
Team player and ability to work independently
