City Contractors Ltd is a provider of Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Facilities and Electrical Services across the UK. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in a full-time, office-based role at our Rochester, Kent headquarters.
The Role:
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Office Administrator to join our busy office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in business administration.
Please note that prior experience in this role and industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and updating company records.
- Ensure smooth running of office processes.
- Carry out any other administrative duties to support the wider team.
Experience:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and has good computer literacy skills.
- A clear communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience with Job Logic and QuickBooks preferred but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
