Job Description
- Community-based Domiciliary Support Worker role supporting adults in their own homes
- Providing consistent, person-centred care to clients with varying needs
- Role involves travelling between client visits within your local area
- Driving is essential due to the nature of domiciliary care
- Suitable for experienced care professionals confident working independently
- Flexible working options available (full-time and part-time)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support with medication administration (where trained/competent)
- Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and nutrition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate and timely care records and documentation
- Travel between client visits safely and punctually
- Report concerns, changes in condition, or safeguarding issues promptly
- Work in accordance with company policies, CQC standards, and care regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
