The Role
As a Supervisor, you will support management in running smooth daily operations, leading the team during busy services, and ensuring high standards are maintained across customer service, cleanliness, and food quality.
This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team and creating a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading shifts and supporting the management team
- Motivating and developing team members
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing staff breaks and daily duties
- Supporting stock control and deliveries
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Opening and closing the business when required

- Previous hospitality or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
