We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within a prestigious private hospital group. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to oversee outpatient care operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the outpatient nursing team, fostering a collaborative and patient-centred environment.
- Oversee patient care activities, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate case management for patients with complex needs such as Alzheimer's disease, disabilities, or requiring hospice or senior care.
- Supervise medication administration, laboratory procedures, and medical imaging processes to ensure accuracy and safety.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate on a daily basis
- Be patient safety focussed, including competence to make safe discharge decisions with our Consultant team
- Troubleshoot and work collaboratively to find solutions
- Support the nursing team, HCAs and Ward OPD Manager
You must be an experienced Senior Outplacement Nurse to be considered!
Pay: £49,574.00-£53,100.00 per year
