We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Full-Time Store Supervisor to join our retail team at Metquarter, Liverpool.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail and customer service who enjoys leading by example. As a Store Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and supporting the team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the store during your shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Open and close the store, following all cash handling and security procedures.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Drive sales by promoting products and delivering outstanding service.
- Ensure company policies and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory, keyholder, or team leader role.
- A confident and positive leader with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Working Hours
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
