Your Working Pattern
Average 42 hours per week with a consistent two-week rota designed to provide structure and regular time off.
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2
Wednesday, Thursday
Shift Times
- 7:00am – 1:00pm - break - 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Your Role
- Delivering high-quality personal care and support
- Assisting with meals and daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Updating electronic care records accurately
- Building positive relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in care or support work
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- A caring, dependable, and positive attitude
