Biocraft South West Limited require a trainee damp proofing technician to join their team.
Experience is helpful but not essential, and this may suit a candidate who is looking to start a career in the construction industry.
Daily duties will involve providing assistance to a senior technician in all aspects of internal and external damp proofing, rendering, plastering and drylining, together with general building, preparatory and maintenance works, such as the removal of old/damaged plaster and render, installation of damp proof courses and waterproofing membranes, as well as general labouring tasks such as, the mixing of plaster, adhesive and render, disposing of building debris, maintaining a clean & tidy site/property.
Applicants must have a clean, full UK driving licence and their own vehicle, as it will be necessary to travel to the office on a daily basis.
Good timekeeping, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to learning are key attributes to fulfil this role successfully.
