The Role
As a senior member of our installation team, you will be responsible for executing, overseeing, and signing off high-standard electrical installations. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring top-tier technical proficiency and the ability to work independently or lead on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding to the highest standards.
- Conduct rigorous Inspection & Testing, completing digital Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) and reports accurately.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and the latest BS 7671 standards.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We need a veteran spark who knows the trade inside out. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience as a fully qualified electrician.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) and AM2.
- Grading: JIB Gold Card / Approved Electrician status.
- Regulations: Current 18th Edition (BS 7671).
- Testing: City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection and Testing is highly preferred/essential.
- Driving: Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, pride in your workmanship, and an eye for compliance and detail.
