A specialist SEND provision in the Sutton area is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support students with autism, learning difficulties and complex behavioural needs.
Successful candidates will work closely with teachers and therapists to support learning, communication, personal care and behaviour management.
Essential Requirements
- MAPA Training (essential).
- Experience working within SEND settings.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Reliable, resilient and proactive approach.
