Crossways Nursing Home is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Cook/Chef to join our friendly team.

As our Cook/Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals that meet the individual dietary needs and preferences of our residents, whilst maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals and snacks for residents.
- Cater for special dietary requirements and nutritional needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the care team to provide an enjoyable dining experience for residents.
About You
- Previous experience as a Cook or Chef is preferred.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above) is desirable.
- A genuine passion for preparing good food and supporting older people.
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen management.
