Support Worker, Crewe
Full-Time, 42 hours contract, Day shifts with sleep ins (approx 2 per week)
Job Description:
Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Support Worker, to support our client based in Crewe.
Pay rate is £12.77ph + £50 per sleep in (approx. £33,089 per year)
Role requirements:
- Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
- Promoting independency and positive encouragement.
- Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
- Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
So, what are we looking for?
- Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
- A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
- A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
- A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.
- A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
- Ability to build strong relationships.

Where are we located?
This role is located in Crewe but is commutable from Macclesfield, Congleton, Stoke-On-Trent.
